This Woolly Blanket is a great stash buster, so you can be creative with the colors from your stash. The pattern comes in 3 sizes for all your woolly needs, and it's easily adjustable too. YARN : Sport weight (100% wool or wool blend) — approx. 350 m (380 yds) per 100 g (3.5 oz). You will need 1575 (3325, 7000) m / 1722 (3636, 7655) yds total. For the throw shown in the pictures, I used my handspun yarn samples in various colors / fiber contents, and slightly different thickness — between fingering (400 m/100 g) and DK (300 m/100 g), which are balanced evenly throughout the fabric.
You will also need:
• Crochet hook — 3.5 mm (E) or any size needed to obtain the gauge
• Tapestry needle
GAUGE:
• Basic Gauge — 22 dc x 12 rnds = 4" x 4" (10 x 10 cm), working with a 3.5 mm (E) hook or any hook size needed to obtain the gauge.
• Granny Square — 6 rnds square = 4 1⁄4" x 4 1⁄4" (11 x 11 cm), working with a 3.5 mm (E) hook or any hook size needed to obtain the gauge.
