Refund policy

 

Notions

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original sealed packaging. NOTE - Since we subsidize our flat rate shipping, the additional shipping cost will be deducted from your returned item.

We do our best to prepare and ship packages, but please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

  • Returns: To start a return, you must contact us at ira@irarott.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation and instructions on where to send your package. Please note that the return shipping cost is not covered and has to be provided by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package was refused or returned unclaimed, we will offer you to pay for secondary shipping and will send it to you again. The additional shipping fee will be calculated based on the Canada Post's shipping rates. There is no order cancellations on unclaimed or refused packages; we will hold them for you for no longer than 6 months.
  • Cancellations: You can only request a cancellation if your package has not been dispatched. 
  • Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Re-stocking fee may apply if the received item is not in its original condition. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 3 business days, but it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ira@irarott.com. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund based on the actual shipping rates (not a flat fee rate). 

We do not accept returns on sale items, any custom made and personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item by emailing us at ira@irarott.com.

 

PDF Patterns & Books

Certain products cannot be exchanged or returned after purchasing, such as PDF patterns and printed books. However, if you mistakenly purchased the same PDF pattern multiple times or you are experiencing technical difficulties, please contact us at ira@irarott.com to resolve an issue and get tech support.

 

Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards
