Refund policy

Thank you for supporting IraRott® Designs. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Digital Products

All crochet, knitting, quilting, and sewing patterns sold through our website are delivered electronically as downloadable PDF files. Because digital products cannot be returned, copied, or revoked after delivery, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital pattern purchases.

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Books

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on books unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the damage. We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or other appropriate solution.

Order Errors

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We cannot provide refunds for accidental purchases, duplicate orders, or orders placed for the wrong product.

EU Customers 

We do not currently sell or ship products to the European Union.
