Most products sold through this website are digital downloads and are delivered electronically. This Shipping Policy applies only to physical books offered through our shop.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Within Canada

We currently ship books within Canada using one of the following tracked shipping services:

Canada Post Expedited Parcel

  • Includes tracking and delivery updates
  • Delivery typically takes 1–8 business days, depending on destination
  • Available to all Canadian provinces and territories

Purolator Ground

  • Includes tracking and delivery updates
  • Delivery typically takes 1–7 business days, depending on destination
  • Available in most Canadian locations

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight.

Shipping to the United States

We ship books to the United States using Canada Post tracked services with prepaid duties through Zonos Prepay to avoid unexpected charges upon delivery.

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier processing but generally range from 5–10 business days after shipment.

International Shipping

At this time, physical books are not available for shipment outside Canada and the United States.

Customers outside Canada and the United States are welcome to purchase our digital patterns, which are delivered electronically.

Please note that we do not currently sell products directly to customers located in the European Union (EU) through this website. Customers in the EU can purchase many of our digital patterns through our Etsy or Ravelry shops.

Delivery Delays

Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier. While we do our best to provide accurate estimates, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and help determine the best available solution.
