Digital Patterns

All digital patterns are provided for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a pattern grants you a license to use the pattern for your own personal projects. Purchasing a pattern does not transfer copyright ownership.

Patterns may not be copied, shared, redistributed, resold, translated, published, or reproduced in any format without prior written permission.

Selling Finished Items Made from Our Patterns

You may sell finished handmade items created from our original patterns on a small scale. Credit to IraRott® Designs as the pattern designer is appreciated.

Mass production, factory production, and commercial reproduction of our designs are not permitted without prior written permission.

Please note that this permission applies only to original IraRott® Designs patterns. Patterns featuring licensed or trademarked characters, brands, or other third-party intellectual property may be subject to additional restrictions. It is your responsibility to comply with any applicable copyright, trademark, or licensing requirements when selling finished items made from such designs.

Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms.

Shipping and Delivery

Physical products are shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Refunds

Because digital products cannot be returned, digital pattern sales are generally non-refundable.
