Blup blup blup… believe in possibilities and be a goldfish... the happiest animal on Earth! I’ve been working on such a fun project lately, and I’m thrilled to share it with you – Amber The Fancy Goldfish.

A Hat for Your Whole School
Matching goldfish hats make the cutest companions, keeping your crew warm and social as you swim through your day. The pattern includes six sizes, from babies to adults, so the whole family can join in the fun.

A Splash of Texture
This design brings together a playful mix of textured stitches:
- Hdc in the third loop
- Front and back post double crochet
- Popcorn stitch
- Spirals
- Crocodile (dragon scale) stitch
They all come together in a surprisingly simple way, and the assembly is quick and enjoyable.

Choose Your Favorite Fishy Colors
For my sample, I used Red Heart Super Saver by Yarnspirations in Carrot and Saffron. But you can choose any colors you like to create your own unique fish. One of my favorites is this adorable bluefish made by my friend Melinda Dickie from Mel’s Handmade Crochet 4U. As she said... goldfish can be blue!
