- Lettermail™ is a convenient and cost-effective way to send items in Canada. We use this service for shipping small flat rate packages without tracking.
- UPS® Standard is a trackable and cost-effective way to send items in Canada (to physical street addresses only). We use this service for shipping packages that are over 300g. If you have a PO Box address, please upgrade to Expedited at checkout.
- Expedited Parcel™ is a trackable ground shipping within Canada. We use this service for shipping packages that are over 300g.
- Xpresspost™ is a next day and 2-day shipping with all items are tracked, delivery times are guaranteed and delivery status can be checked online. We use this service for upgraded shipping or large packages.
USA
- Small Packet™ USA Air is a cost-effective shipping service for small and lightweight items. We use this service for shipping small packages under 300g. without tracking.
- Tracked Packet™ International is a trackable and reliable shipping service for small and lightweight items.
- Expedited Parcel™ USA is a trackable and affordable shipping service that’s ideal for non-time sensitive parcels over 2kg. We use this service for upgraded shipping or large packages.
- Xpresspost™ – USA is your best choice for fast, cost-effective shipping of mail and parcels. You can track your items, confirm delivery with a signature and get on-time guarantees to most U.S. states. We use this service for upgraded shipping only.
Please note that customs delays may accrue, which is not under our control and is not covered by Canada Post's policies. As a buyer, you are generally responsible for paying the additional costs that may apply to your order upon arrival, such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
