No prob‑llama if you’re feeling like a lama glama... this hat is guaranteed to make you smile. And to go with it, I designed a llamazing boho project bag, perfect for carrying your yarn and hooks so you can start crocheting anytime, anywhere.

A Little Llama Love
Did you know alpacas and llamas have two wild cousins in the lamoid family – vicuña and guanaco? Each one is a little different, and that’s the beauty of it. We can share similarities, celebrate differences, and enjoy the charm of every member of the herd.
A Practical & Pretty Project Bag
The shoulder strap on this bag is both elegant and functional. It’s reinforced with a center‑pull cord for stability and can be adjusted to the perfect length using buttons. The lining (sewn by hand or with a simple machine) keeps small items from slipping through the stitches and prevents the bag from stretching. Instructions are included in the pattern.
Here’s a beautiful lined version made by Melinda Dickie, the talented maker behind Mel’s Handmade Crochet 4U.

Customize Your Llama Hat
You can finish your llama hat as a simple beanie or add earflaps and striped side blankets for extra personality. Go neutral, go bright... llamas look fabulous in every color.

These cheerful hats below were made by our testing team member Katie Bailey, and they are absolutely llamazing.
