Tools and Materials

Having the right tools and materials will help you achieve the best results when creating your Pokémon squares. Don't worry, we've got you covered with everything you need to know when selecting your supplies.

All of the projects in this book were made from Stylecraft Special DK - a super soft and naturally anti-pilling, 100% premium acrylic yarn (295m per 100g). This yarn comes in a fabulous range of colors to meet all of your needs when creating Pokémon squares. In addition, you will need a few other essentials listed in the books, such as wool felt (I used Wool Blend Felt Sheets from Canadian Felt Shop), DMC floss, and a set of crochet hooks ranging in size from 2.5mm to 5mm.
