The Textured Mountain Hat PDF Crochet Pattern
The Textured Mountain Hat is inspired by the mountains of beautiful British Columbia, which I am so blessed to call home. You can make a regular hat or a slouchy hat in 6 different sizes, and even turn it into a messy bun hat. This pattern is in PDF format with Instant Download. It is written row-by-row using US crochet terms, along with crochet diagrams, step-by-step photos, and a conversion chart to UK terms. There are also diagrams and tips for left-handed crochet.

SKILLS: Chain, slip stitch, double crochet, front/back post double crochet, treble crochet, working in front of completed stitches, working behind completed stitch, working in the round, increasing, invisible decreasing. All special stitches are shown in the pattern and can be also viewed in videos on my blog
GAUGE: 16 dc X 9 rows = 4" X 4” (10 X 10 cm), using a 5mm (H) hook (or any size needed to obtain the gauge)

Berroco Vintage Yarn (or use a substitute yarn that matches the gauge) - 1 hank

- 4.25 mm (G) for ribbing
